Lastly, the staff truly goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Just like the wonderful woman at reception mentioned in one of the reviews, they are friendly, kind, and always ready to help.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. the attention to detail was superb. From the modern and spotless rooms to the friendly staff, everything was top-notch. Secondly, the hotel's location right in the center of Ribes de Freser was absolutely perfect. We were able to explore the village easily and found everything we needed within walking distance. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and had a wide variety of options. We especially appreciated the effort made to accommodate special requests, such as providing soy milk.

Everything was great!

the locality had a lot to offer with easy access to the railway and restaurants. the room and bathroom were spotless and very comfortable with well-designed decor. the room also provided a beautiful view of the surrounding area. the staff was courteous and helpful, and the breakfast was more than satisfactory. We particularly enjoyed the facility of secure covered parking and a small spa.

It would have been great to have a kettle and tea/coffee sets in the room.

What a great place to spend Christmas! We really enjoyed the spa and pool, and the fact that it was all clean and modern made it so much better. , the breakfast was amazing, with a great variety of food to choose from.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was close to many restaurants and attractions. the breakfast was well-rounded, with plenty of options to choose from. the view from our room was stunning, overlooking a beautiful river.

Our overall experience at this hotel was not very positive. the parking situation was quite inconvenient, as we had to park quite a distance from the hotel.
